Ocean view two bedroom two bath condo located mid-island on Hilton Head Island South Carolina.

This wonderful two bedroom two bath condo has beautiful ocean & lagoon views from a private balcony. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom.  Also included is a full sized convertible sofa for additional guests.  Our villa has Wireless Broadband Internet access.

No Smoking or Pets are allowed.

Building One: This building is closest to the boardwalk and ocean. It has fantastic outdoor pool, restrooms, and a deli/convenience store which is open everyday until  7pm serving food and drinks. The boardwalk will take you to the beach without crossing any roads. It bridges over the tidal marsh to the beachside cabana where food and drinks are served in the summer season. Restrooms are available as well.

Building Two: Building 2 has a sundeck which is protected from the wind and which can be accessed from 2nd floor. There is a beautiful garden area with benches and water sculpture. There is also a Pickle Ball court available for Owners and Guests.

Building Three: A little cold outside? Come on into building three which is completely enclosed. This building boasts an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, kiddie pool, sauna, fitness area, card room, and a jogging track.

Building Four: Tennis anyone? One of Hilton Head’s favorite games can be played here on the 4 interior tennis courts. And if that’s not enough tennis for you, there are two more courts just outside this building. On the north side of this building is a picnic area perfect for grilling and spending a sunny day relaxing. On the east side of this building is the 2nd outdoor pool.

The resort is located between Singleton Beach Road and Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The resort is located at Mile Marker #7. There is a free Trolley system on Hilton Head and the Hilton Head Resort is Trolley stop #13. Just north of us is Carrabas Adventure Fun Cove which has many attractions for the younger guests including: mini golf and arcade games. Just south of us you will find Shelter Cove Mall and Marina where shoppers and restaurant connoisseurs alike will find hours of enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Rates:

         Summer (May thru September) and Holiday rate:

       3-6 nights @$140 per night

       or $850 per week plus a 10% lodging tax

Off-season rate:


   3-6 nights @$125 per night

       or $750 per week plus a 10% lodging tax

Departure cleaning, linens and towels are included.

Anyone under 21 must be accompained by an adult. 1) Deposit and payment for summer rate rental (see above for off season rates)

The base rental rate is $_750.00_per week, plus a lodging tax of 10% for a total of $ 825.00 (Note: any additional nights will be charged at the rate of $125.00 per night). A deposit of $___$200.00___ will be required before the reservation can be confirmed The remaining rental fee and taxes will be due 30 days from your reservation date.  (Rental Rates are subject to change without notice)

        Note: Any reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date must be paid in full before the lock box code and front gate pass can be mailed to you.

  Check-in 2:00 PM, Checkout by 11:00 AM. At this time, only money orders and cashiers checks will be acceptable payments. We cannot currenty accept Credit Cards,Paypal or personal checks. Once full payment is received, you will be sent the combination for the Condo's lock box and a Front Gate pass for the duration of your stay.
